Rankvale invests across mainland Europe. To date it has transacted on investments with a value in excess of €700 million and currently has assets under management in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France with a gross value of €600 million.

The real estate portfolio is focused on the commercial sector with an emphasis on city centre and out of town retail, city centre offices and logistics. Individual lot sizes range from €20 - €200 million.

Rankvale has invested over €100 million of private equity and has additional equity underwriting available to allow the group to grow the portfolio to €1.5 billion over the next 12 months.
